I’m giving a 2 because on two of the multiple occasions we attempted to patronize this establishment they got it right. I stopped trying after my first attempt. But my daughters wanted to give multiple tries. They are scarcely staffed and slow. They lie about wait times instead of saying the actual time so that you may choose to wait or leave. On today I was at work and left because my two daughters had been waiting to be serviced almost an hour by the time they texted me to tell me that they were still waiting. They had been told 5 minutes multiple times and kept updating me. My daughter said they keep saying they are about to start but the man just keeps walking past me(she was seated in the pedicure chair). She decided not to receive service because people who came in after them were serviced under the gist of “they had appointments”. They were adults. When asked about the long wait of almost an hour before even being started on at all, the reply was we are short staffed. It seems that they are short staffed EVERY visit. Then the guy doing my daughter nails attempts to explain to her while I stood there under his breath. I said are you talking to me? He replied saying he was talking to her. She is 16. Mind you when I walked in this man was at the door assisting others and had stopped working on my daughter’s nails(he filed off 3 only and was supposed to do a refill). I believe their age is why they were disregarding my daughters from the start. That’s my opinion not a fact. While they are always slow this wait time on today was ridiculous as if my daughters have nowhere else to be and no other options. I told them they should leave multiple times but they are more forgiving and patient than I am. As I stood there waiting for them to treat them with more urgency, another woman was getting ready to leave with her two daughters. She stated never again will we return here. I asked oh you too? She said yeah this is ridiculous! Then the gentleman working on my daughters nails had many questions about a simple design. She wanted the French manicure with the v shape like an open curtain instead of the old fashion oval. I did not believe he would do them right since he asked so many questions with the photo in front of him. I advised her to just cut her nails down and get polish on her natural nails. 2 hours later for one pedicure with all white polish and one refill….my daughter did not love her nails as she should have after all that stress just to pay for a service that wasn’t what it should have been!she also did not trust that he could do the style she wanted. So not only did she not get what she wanted but she also had a horrible experience on a day that should have been amazing before heading to the Mariah the Scientist concert as one of her biggest fan! Oh and I spoke to the owner/manager when I first got there. She had no sympathy nor care. This will be the last chance for us…so other be ware and be warned before you attempt to patronize this establishment. He was apologetic as we left saying to call next time. He apologized twice. He had enough courtesy to do so not the manager lady.

Nice clean place. They did a good job on my service. The kid pedicure chairs are really cute. While I was there the lady I had asked me several times about adding additional services. When she handed me the book with pedicure prices she also handed it to me strategically on the page with the most expensive services. I politely smiled and said "no thank you" more times than I was comfortable with.

I got a shellac mani/pedi here three days ago and was disappointed. The nail fold on my big toe appears to have been cut too deeply during the pedicure. I didn’t notice until later when I saw dried blood on the edge. The polish on my thumbnail was already lifting and chipped the same day, which shouldn’t happen with shellac. Staff was friendly, but I won’t be returning.

You will feel at home. They work with their whole heart. You will not feel like anyone is talking about you or judging you This people are experts and I like Mr.T the best. He is very creative yet humble If you are looking for a place or not sure about your current nail salon, this is the place for you! I have been with them for 6 years now. No regrets‼️

I loved the atmosphere here and my nails turned out good. The workers were nice and it didn’t take too long. The prices were great too!
