0/10 Only come here if you want broken nails, fungus growing underneath, and rude service. If I could rate them -1,000,000 I would. They will 1000% not listen to what you ask for and do whatever they please if it's convenient for them. I've spent years working and building my natural nails to the desired length that I had before I went to this place. One visit here has completely destroyed my nails and I now have to start over completely from scratch. I asked for a builder gel refill and they gave me acrylic. My nails have never been so brittle and thin and gross feeling like there is fungus growing underneath my nails. Had to glue a fake nail on top of their "work" pretty early on because it split down the middle. Not even two weeks later, they are breaking and cracking and splitting my natural nail. When I called to tell them about this, they ran around in circles. they couldn't tell me what I was charged for initially. I only ever get builder gel so for them to hear me say something else is incorrect. They heard what I said and chose to do what they wanted to do.The front desk didn't know anything, and when I was talking to the nail technician, she was completely rude, not helpful and had no discourse for the pain and distress that she's caused me having to start over completely with my natural nails. Truly awful experience. Awful nails. Awful.

I just wanted a regular no polish mani and pedi. This is such a simple request and I was extremely disappointed. The nail techs rushed and I left disappointed. I fortunately fixed up my toes a little but I’m still disappointed. I hate to post bad reviews like this but they honestly could do so much better if the techs actually cared about the final result. I’ve come to this place in the past and it was not that bad but I will not be coming back. And yes, these are both after pictures. My nails are extremely uneven both on my toes and hands. Nothing was cleaned properly. I have never been this disappointed at a salon in my life Update: after their reply, any nail salon should be able to fulfill my request of a simple no polish mani and pedi. Otherwise, how would you get a good base for polished nails or artificial nails? This simply shows their unprofessionalism, and their lack of care for the art of simple nails. Instead of fixing this issue, I am being blamed for being dissatisfied with my overpriced BASIC NO POLISH mani pedi. I don’t need a refund, I just need people to be aware that they don’t care about the state of your natural nails, just getting your money. It does not matter if you like them or not, you will still be charged. Salon goers beware

I love my nails so much! First time coming here and I was immediately impressed. My visit was so relaxing and I thank my nail tech Emma. I will definitely be coming back soon next month and requesting her. She did exactly what I asked for …

My toes were more than $100, they charged me $52 in acrylic aside from the $60 from the regular pedicure. As you can see the nail polish application us not the best. My nails were $72 for this type of length and the french tip is crooked. They have great services and a beautiful salon, but the work is not worth the price.

I always have an amazing pedicure with Vanessa! The entire experience is incredibly relaxing, and the salon is spotless. Vanessa takes her time, gives the best foot massage, and my polish looks flawless. Highly recommend and will continue to come back just for her!
