This was easily the worst nail salon experience I’ve had. The customer service was poor, and the technician rushed through the service without care or attention to detail. Before the service even began, my nails were painfully removed, which is completely unacceptable and showed a lack of professionalism and concern for nail health. The final result was unacceptable. My nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and the design was sloppy. The hearts that were done look extremely unprofessional—something a 5-year-old could have drawn. When I brought these issues to their attention and asked for them to be fixed, the technician blamed me instead of taking responsibility, despite being visibly distracted and rushing the entire time. The staff appeared more focused on money than quality service. The technician became dismissive and developed an attitude, making the environment uncomfortable. I ultimately left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Especially people of color I'd give zero stars if I could Update : they don't clean none of their tools and I'm pretty sure the glue they use is not legal. My nails are in so much pain.

Lauren did my nails very beautifully I loved the color, gems, and marble design. Looked better than the photo and paid close attention to detail.🩵🤍🐚 I also love their pedicures and the wax is the best part I’m also left feeling fresh and soft!

Hailey and Van did my nails and they’re so cute. I got a gel pedicure and acrylic overlay on my natural nails. Hailey did the pretty flowers on my nails. The total price was $115 for everything

I went in with an appointment and got what I wanted. The nail tech was great. Very nice and professional. When It was time to pay. An older lady tacked in $15 extra dollars for fullset white tip. She argued with me about what the tech did. I pointed to what I wanted on the menu. She told me I didn't use white tips I used clear. I dont know what the process is and I am not the technician. I pointed out what I want and told her the shape. The older lady telling me I new it will be an extra cost, telling me since I wear nails all the time that I should have told the tech what exactly to do. This old lady does not know me, I came for a full set (no nails), I also dont work there, and this was my 1 and only time going. She continues to wave her hand for me to leave(rude), and didnt give me the coupon for another visit. This salon is filled with 60 year old woman that are stuck in 1991. I dont have time for unprofessionals , that cant keep up with the decade. My nail tech was a young woman named Hailey she has braces. Very nice. Without her they are nothing. Thank you Hailey!!!
