She has a keen attention to details and is very thorough when reviewing every aspect of a transaction. We are so pleased to have worked with her when selling our home and when buying another. I loved my experience with VIP Realty. Our realtor Chris was amazing from start to finish. He really helped us first time home buyers check off all the boxes and ended up in an amazing first house!

I cannot speak to VIP Realty as a whole since obviously we only dealt with our realtor Brandon Essick. Brandon was absolutely hands OFF when dealing with the sale of our house. In order to get any information or have him do anything for us we always had to initiate the contact. There were more than ample lies that he would tell when it came to why he did not get back to us in a timely manner. As the seller I have never had to do so much work not just to sell my house, but to make sure that the realtor was doing his job. My experience with VIP realty was you might as well sell your house yourself because Brandon will not lift a finger for you and has no clue what customer service is. I even went as far to call his manager a few times because of the lack of information that we were being given to no avail. We also just found out that before we set up our closing he went on vacation without providing us ANY of the closing timeline knowing that my wife and I were going to be relocated before the time of closing. I WOULD AVOID VIP REALTY!
