Vision Realty & Management

I love vision realty company!! I want say they have been the best rental company that me and my husband has went through so far.. I put in my work orders and they are out fast to get the job done. I so recommend choosing vision for your next rental company….

The team here at Vision Realty is the best I’ve ever had the privilege of working with! There was an issue with our water, and the maintenance team responded right away! They were extremely communicative with me every step of the way, and had the necessary crews out there within the day to completely remedy the issue! Even the front office called to ensure the maintenance team had reached out to me, and the maintenance manger called me himself to keep me updated with the progress! I am blown away by their efficiency, communication and professionalism! Every one there in the office, and on the maintenance team is a tremendous blessing to me and my family!

I want to give Steven a 5-star rating and a 10/10 for the outstanding service he provided. He fixed the valves on both of my toilets, repaired the garage door, provided me with a garage door opener, and replaced the porch and garage light bulbs. He also let me know that when he returns, he’ll be installing my new microwave door and repainting the cabinets and doors back to their original color. On top of doing excellent work, Steven was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. As someone who has been through a lot recently, I truly appreciated how compassionate and respectful he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen, explain everything, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. Thank you, Steven, for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference, and I sincerely appreciate all of your help. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs maintenance assistance. Five stars all the way!

The Vision Maintenance team (Steven) just a very considerate individual with a continuous breeze of southern gentlemen's charm. There was a large list of various repairs but he had it covered and was organized. A solid custodian partner of my rental home.

I've been renting from Vision Realty since 2021, and I've been very happy with my experience. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, whether it was something small or a major repair, they've always responded and taken care of it. Sergio is great about responding to maintenance requests and making sure they're handled in a timely manner. The maintenance technicians are always friendly, listen to what the problem is, and get it fixed. I highly recommend Vision Realty to anyone looking for a place to rent. They've always treated me with respect, and I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally they handle any maintenance concerns.
