Vita Nova Massage

I've experienced massage therapy from a number of practitioners over the years, but it didn't prepare me for Toni's approach. The Vita Nova massage is an amazing experience--comprehensive, intuitive, and innovative, yet always leaving room for focused attention on the issue of the day. Toni combines multiple massage traditions with her own instincts and a fearless fluid style that combines stretching, deep tissue pressure and smooth massage. Longer sessions never seem extended or repetitive. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for high quality, healing treatment.

Toni is an absolutely GIFTED and super HARDWORKING massage therapist! Her techniques are varied but always the right ones for the task at hand. Sometimes, I get the feeling that she has X Ray vision that helps her to find knots so seamlessly. And she is always open to adjust techniques to keep client in a pain free posture. I have been particularly impressed with her ability to treat TMJ issues via intraoral massage. Toni was deftly able to identify muscles in my lower palette that were extremely strained but which I didn't even know existed!! This, plus the fact that she always remembers my preferences makes her one of the most thoughtful humans I have ever met! 100,000 stars for Toni - being your client is a gift!!

Toni is a magical octopus that leaves you feeling incredible. I am so, so grateful. Everything about the process is welcoming and comfortable. I wish there were 10 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Toni, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease thanks to their warm and calming presence. Toni's expertise in both Eastern and Western massage modalities was evident as they seamlessly blended techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and Shiatsu to create a personalized and holistic experience. Their intuitive touch and attention to my comfort made the session incredibly relaxing and effective. What impressed me most was Toni's genuine care and dedication to understanding my specific needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage accordingly, ensuring the perfect pressure and focus areas. I left the session feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and emotionally balanced. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who combines skill, intuition, and a caring touch, Toni is the one to see.

Toni gave me the best massage I've ever had! Her unique style is both relaxing and effective, and I felt completely refreshed afterward. She has an intuitive understanding of pressure points and knows exactly how to relieve tension. Her calm demeanor and professional approach made the experience even better. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Toni; you won't be disappointed.
