Found a new nail salon! This salon is located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking. They’ve been open for 11 months and have a great deal - it’s $55 for a mani and pedi I believe! I went in for gelx with Tianna and her work is super detailed. She looked at my inspo photo and asked me each step what color and flowers I wanted to make sure it’s exactly how I like it. Nina’s the manager and she makes all of her customers feel so welcomed. Very nice and loves being up to date with the holidays in decor. She never stops trying to improve the shop! The ladies never stop cleaning here and the pedicure sets are individually packed for cleanliness. I’d be back!

I recently visited this salon for a Gel-X set with ombré and a design, and overall, I’d say it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the price is quite reasonable for the service. The salon was also very clean and they have a nice little stamp card system where after a few visits, you get a discount. I was really happy with how my left hand turned out the shape was exactly what I wanted. However, on the downside, my right hand didn’t quite match up. Despite bringing it up a couple of times, the ombré on my right thumb never really looked like my left hand, and eventually, I was told it was too late to fix it without redoing the whole nail. I also ended up with a small cut on my finger from some excess glue and felt a bit rushed through the process. There was also leftover glue under a few nails and no cuticle care, which I’ll have to fix at home. In short, the customer service was friendly, and I can tell they care about their clients. I just think they need a bit more attention to detail. Overall, I’d give them about a 4 out of 5. I hope they can improve because they do have potential! I would say don’t be shy and make sure you pay attention to the details. No matter how rushed it might seem so you can be satisfied with the service you get.

I usually go to my go to place, but today I decided to try a different place because this was closer to my place than my go to. My experience here was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The service was good. The place is good. The only thing is that she did not cut my cuticles. I had to clean my cuticles myself when I got home because if not, it will bother me. I am not sure if it’s extra, honestly I should have asked, but this was my first time coming in and was not so sure about their prices since I did not see it. I wasn’t shown any menu or information about their prices. Anyways, over all this place is good. Next time, I will ask for my cuticles to be cleaned.
