Đăng nhập để đánh giáBeen using Vons Pharmacy for years and never really had a bad experience until this morning. They advertised that they are open at 8am so I arrived at 8:10 am. Two employees were there and they totally ignored me. When one finally approached me, they both said that they needed at least an hour to get it ready and that I should not come till 11 am to pick up prescriptions because the mornings are so busy. No other customers were there. I felt like I was being punished for showing up early. Even though they were open for business.
No customer service at all.website says today pharmacy lunch is from 12 to 1 pm so I get ther bfore 1pm thinking they gonna open the pharmacy employee just looks at me and closes the closure to pharmacy .he doesn't say hi how r u r u here to pik up nothing .so wen he walking out pharmacy consult door area i asked is he coming bak soon .he says no im not my lunch from 1 to 2 .I asked y online says 12 to 1 and he says cause it's the weekend my lunch now .that's not wat says online and u didn't even acknowledgement me bfore 1 bfore u closed I was ther before 1 .i talked to store mgr or female that i was told was store mgr and she says nothing that helps .I'd still have to wait an hr after the employee ignored me bfore closing pharmacy .I left .all he needed to do was get my prescriptions that they been blowing up my phone to tell me about.ive changed from shopping at vons to somewhere else now time to change my prescriptions to somewhere else too.so after the horrid experience yesterday go to pik up my prescriptions today and the guy doesn't say anything at all to me no hi bye do u need consult ,nothing .but charges me and my insurance should cover it .im confused on wat charge is for .and no nothing still from pharmacy employee .u all really need train ur staff in wat customer service is .
Not typically a person who leaves reviews, but this place was horrible! We had just moved into the state and had our prescriptions transferred here. We used this pharmacy for a week and did not have a single good experience. They said they didn’t have my medication and it would be in the next day (Friday). It was not. They then said it would take the weekend and would be in by Monday. It was not. My wife was trying to get her birth control and they said she did not have a refill. We checked her pill bottle from the prior prescription and called the doctor, both showed she had 9 refills available. We had finally had enough and decided to switch to CVS. CVS tried calling 3 times and nobody answered or returned their calls. So now we are going on day 2 without our prescriptions and still trying to deal with this mess!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They had my name wrong, asked them to fix it three times before I finally refused to leave the counter until the pharmacy tech corrected it. It took them 17 days to fill a prescription, which I ultimately had transferred on the 17th day because it STILL was not filled. I asked to speak to a manager who refused to be of any assistance. Couldn't get any answers for how they could possibly have messed up my prescription for 17 days after multiple calls to them and my general physician having to resend the order repeatedly. (Update: I had to call and get it transferred myself after Bill, the pharmacy manager, assured me he would transfer it immediately. I stood and waited for 30 minutes for him to transfer it before I handled it myself).
I have been coming into this pharmacy for over 15 yrs. I have never had a problem until today. There is a totally new staff here now. The new staff is very rude & treats customers in an unprofessional manner. I brought my prescriptions in for my medications that I receive on a monthly basis. I handed them to the new pharmacy clerk at noon. He took them to the new pharmacist & he informed me that I couldn't pick them up till the next day. I told him that wouldn't work since my next dose of medication needed to be taken today. He then noticed that I lived in East Village in downtown & asked me if there weren't any pharmacies downtown. I answered that since my physician is here in Santee, I have always had my prescriptions filled at this particular Vons Pharmacy. I thought it was very unprofessional of him to suggest that I take my business elsewhere. Is Vons in the habit of telling it's customers to go elsewhere? I think not! He finally relented & told me I could pick up my prescriptions at 4p.m. This will delay my medication schedule & cause me a problem physically. I will definitely look for another pharmacy next month. The previous pharmacists Bill & Treet & the pharmacy clerk Margie were always so friendly & professional. I for one will miss them very much!
