Extremely crowded, middle of downtown LA office is overpacked with files. Florida ceiling in some rooms and you could see them cause they have glass walls, slightly, unprofessional in my personal opinion, even down to the attorney presentation. You know, visual appearance, I get it. She's super busy, and it's ridiculous. The immigration situation right now but come on, have some standards. Because you're gonna end up paying a lot of money for someone representing you and I don't necessarily feel we were give it the want to hire her. She kind of detoured us to be honest, saying things that I don't feel were quite professional. She did give us some good information. Also, so it's a personal preference at this point. And I would not honestly good luck!

So far never had a issue. Everytime I call they always answer and they call me back if I need it . Every process is different but I’m happy with everyone who work there. Thanks

This place is an absolute joke for a law office. To begin, the office itself is disgusting, the seats are ripped and covered with duct tape (for the non-metal seats btw) and the couch in there is so old that there's no cushion anymore. It also always smells like dog with dog hair throughout and client files filling the entire room. The staff is so rude and belittling, acting as if they themselves don't have parents or grandparents who came to this country illegally. They treat their clients with the utmost disrespect both in-person and through phone communication. They also dress like they're going to a soccer game, with tracks suits and jerseys on at all times, but I digress. Rosana put us through a 2 year process and when we got to the final step, we were informed by USCIS that she had proceeded based off an assumption she made and that we could not fix that way. Essentially, she used a faulty assumption costing us thousands of dollars and so much time wasted. We decided to fire her and go to a new lawyer after having wasted 2 years and thousands of dollars. I know this is redundant, but the lack of professionalism and care for their clients needs to be reemphasized. In addition, when requesting my documentation to proceed with a new lawyer, I had to insist for my documentation, it took more than a month, and when I arrived the documents were not even ready. Please do not go here and do waste time, efforts, and hope at this office. They take advantage of the legal jargon ignorance the average person has and takes your money, time, and insults you in the process. Para mi raza, por favor búsquense otro abogado porque esta señora y su personal son malos con sus clientes y seria una perdida de dinero y tiempo de su parte.

I 100% do recommend This lawyer and yes you may read the other reviews of folders on the floor and etc… but trust me they get the work done but The lawyer Rosana is very experienced & and she’ll fight and do the best to help you out with your paperwork. There might be a long wait that can go up to two hours or three but that’s due to the amount of people that are coming just to see Rosanna. So forget about how the place looks or the wait. Because this lawyer will honestly help you and be straightforward with you.

Honestly I came here by a recommendation from a famiy friend, but this place is completely out of line, office staff is the worst (Mario) . One the clients are out of the office they start talking about them...It seems like a child care place. The office is very disorganized files all around the floor.
