Waygood - Coffee Shop

First visit to the Pearland Waygood Coffee, and it made a great first impression. I went through the drive-thru, and the young lady taking my order was friendly and courteous. My hot James Brown was ready quickly, and it was smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. A great first experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I love this place so much. WAY BETTER quality and price compared to Starbucks. My go to drink is the Strawberry chai and my favorite pastry is the blueberry cheese danish. I went on 4/11 and they had a power outage. I didn’t have cash and the baristas still proceeded to make my drinks and told me the drinks were on them because of the inconvenience. It honestly made my day better 🙌🏻❤️

I waited a bit while two customers who arrived before me were helped. The employee then assisted someone who had just driven up instead of coming to me. We were the only two customers waiting, so it’s not clear why the new arrival was prioritized. The egg white frittatas also used to be served piping hot. This is the second time I have received them lukewarm and tasting like they had been sitting out for hours, even though it was still morning. I have reloaded my wallet with $100 twice, but after these recent experiences, I will not be doing so again.

I loooove me some waygood! I literally drive dang near 20min to go to this location because when it comes to coffee I truly care about the quality (breakfast tacos are an added bonus). The workers here are the sweetest…and sometimes not. I wish they would be more attentive to fulfilling orders as they should be. This location is CONSTANTLY messing up orders and every time it’s my order or someone else’s order being messed up I’m usually met with a rude worker. I don’t usually care to write reviews but I truly think this location can use some up-training. Hopefully this review isn’t taken lightly.

This was my first time to this establishment. Andrea and Ryan really helped my wife and I pick something we would enjoy. They hit it out of the park. They even customize my wife's drink just a little to make it special. Best experience at a drive-thru coffee shop in a very long time. It's now or go to stop when my wife and I drive down Broadway.
