WellMed at Pecan Valley

I have been a patient at this office for five years and have had no problems with the staff at all, quite the opposite. Every time I go for an appointment, I am warmly greeted by the courteous and helpful office staff. Dr. Saloum, PA Nguyen, Natalie, Sonia, and JoAnn are just a few individuals that have been super helpful and supportive concerning my medical care. I am so glad I found this location; this is the first doctor's office that I feel at ease around.

I would highly recommend WellMed. This is the best place I’ve been. I was assigned Dr. Saloum as my primary and he is a great doctor. I moved from Maryland and got really lucky. I have seen Dr. Nguyen and she is fantastic. I love the entire staff bc they are so friendly and explain everything. They make you feel so comfortable going to the doctors. They are Joann, Natalie, Sonia, Yesenia, Tommie and Maria. I’ve never known the names of an entire staff before but these ladies are great. They are funny and it is always a pleasure to see them. I know when I go I am always leaving with a smile. Thanks to all the members of this office for all that you have done for me. I really do appreciate it. 😊😊😊😊

Everyone is so nice and friendly. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is welcoming, patient, and genuinely cares about you as a person, not just a patient. The provider takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which really helps reduce any anxiety. Overall, it’s a very positive and comforting experience, and I truly appreciate the level of care and kindness shown at this office

I have a history of a tumors. I feel something and was told I can't make any appointments right now and go to an emergency room. Really? I've only had one initial visit and was told we're not like that here. Appointments are easy. Obviously not. I had issues getting appointments with my old facility. Now I am having issues over something that may be urgent and to say to go to an emergency room? Right, makes sense. What's an emergency room going to do over something that may or not be something. My situation isn't an emergency room situation. Trying to manage some other medical issues and now I am seeing this place is the wrong choice. I'm going to start looking for another PCP outside Wellmed.

The nurses were very patient and therral with my mom's follow-up. They answered all questions making sure she understood everything that took place today. Every person in the office we encountered were very polite and helpful. We are super pleased with this visit. Thank you Veronica & and Anna.
