Wellness Rituals-Orlando

I have been getting massages from Lauren for over a decade now. Every time is different but always wonderful! She uses so many different techniques and added treatments. My favorite are the Thai Herbal Balls. The heat and soothing herbal smell on my muscles and around my joints, neck, feet—basically everywhere—is just heavenly. And my skin is so smooth afterward. Every month I tend to try something new but the Thai Herbal Balls remain my favorite!

I’ve been going to Lauren for years, and she is truly amazing! I just had a two-hour massage after not being in for months, and I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. She pays such close attention to detail and really takes her time working through every area that needs it. I could literally feel all the tension leaving my body. She is incredibly talented, thorough, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave feeling your absolute best. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident that I was in great hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the benefits of lymphatic drainage and tailor the treatment to my needs. I left feeling noticeably less bloated, lighter, and so refreshed. The results were visible immediately, and I could tell my body felt less swollen and more energized. Her technique is gentle yet incredibly effective, and the entire experience was both relaxing and therapeutic. If you’re looking for the best lymphatic drainage massage, post-op lymphatic drainage, body sculpting massage, swelling reduction, detox massage, or simply a skilled massage therapist who genuinely cares about her clients, I cannot recommend Lauren enough. Her attention to detail, calming atmosphere, and expertise truly set her apart. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Lauren to all my friends and family. She deserves every 5-star review an absolute gem!

Lauren is exceptional. I would leave 10 stars if I could. First, she is very professional. Second, her techniques are unlike anything I’ve …

Lauren is an amazing massage therapist. I have been seeing her for treatments for over a year. Her techniques are extremely effective. I use regular massages more for the therapeutic benefits versus relaxation. I am an athletic person who cycles/lifts weights and also sits at a desk most days. Using massage therapy on a regular basis has improved my quality of life, sleep, and well-being.
