WORST PLACE EVER NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE AND DIFFERENT OWNER the older man was amazing, very honest, very respectful, and he was a real mechanic. Him and his wife build this place up. NOW!! The so-called owner/mechanic is rude and dishonest. He will argue with his customers and will not care about you or your car. He overcharged for something he did not even fix. I was only going to that place when the old man was the one in charge, but now, with the new guy, don't even waste your time. He is never going to be like the old man. He was honest and a real mechanic, not like richard.

He was supposed to fix my ac and was was going to let me drive off without telling me that what he promised would repair it, in fact did not when I paid $400 for that repair. Had I not gotten back out of my car, he wouldn't have addressed it all...My AC wasn't cooling properly but it was still cooling but not cold, so I had them look at it. He told me that one if the parts was clogged and needed to be replaced. I asked if that will fix it. He says if I replace this part and the condenser is also clogged then I'll have to replace that as well. I asked so if the condenser isn't clogged should it be working fine, he said yes. So I agreed for him to proceed with the $400 repair;that seemed a bit high but this is Houston Summer heat. They said it would take about 3 hours because they had to order the part, so I left and waited for them to call for pick up. After I paid and started my car I let it run so the ac could get cool since it had been sitting out. It blew nothing but heat, not even the cool air it blew before. So I get out and ask why it's not getting cooler. He says my compressor is weak. He never mentioned anything about my compressor when discussing my repair. So I ask why didn't he say that prior when he said for sure that my ac would for sure be fixed when he replaced that part and the condenser wasnt clogged. Also, why would my AC be worse now than before he touched it because if my compressor is weak now it was already weak and should be better without the clog. He only kept repeating himself about the compressor and how he put so much freon but it still wasnt cooling. Mind you, he was going to let me drive off without letting me know my ac wasn't working and now was only blowing heat. I did a stop payment and he disputed so they paid him. He didn't have the compassion to discount the repair knowing he left my ac in worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm sure his dad would be so disappointed in what he's doing at the repair shop so many people came to trust. I definitely will never go again.

They are a bunch of thieves I went to get my car fix for one issue and paid to have it inspected and fixed. They "fixed" it the next day and my check engine light turns on again so I go back and now they say there is another issue. Using the excuse that the car is old when it is a 2014 model. This is the second time they've done this to me as I had previously brought another car to them. To those who have "older" cars keep in mind you'll suddenly have two more problems for every one they fix. Never coming back here.

I will take my car here from now on!! They are very honest, and the husband will tell you EXACTLY what needs to be done, and what will work and what won't. After my previous experience with another mechanic, I appreciate his honesty! That was with the old man. - -FAST FoRWARD to Richard running the place and I will NEVER go back there! He is rude, and has ZERO customer service! So sad I really did like the old man and his wife and the work they did!
