Hi best place to come I would ask if all u all just try it the receptionist was awesome. Maryam m the asst took her time explained everything up to details safe atmosphere. Dont be scared ok lol. Get your teeth checked out thanks for reading and your time. I been coming here to decades o feel fresh everytime I leave thanks to the oral surgeon the receptionist, billing dept everyone there thanks for a good time.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have called multiple times to reschedule my son’s appointment, and every single time I’m immediately placed on hold before I’m even given the opportunity to explain why I’m calling. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes or longer, the call is disconnected. This is incredibly frustrating, rude, and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be heard, not repeatedly put on hold and hung up on. Simply trying to reschedule an appointment should not be this difficult. I hope management addresses how phone calls are being handled and makes improvements to the level of customer service provided.

I came in to refill my filling today and had an incredible experience. I was taken care of by Maryam and Dr. Arun. The service and hospitality were second to none and I will definitely be coming back for cleaning! I was hesitant to attend due to the poor reviews people had left but I very soon found out “you can only believe half of what you hear and all of what you see”. The receptionists were incredible in assisting me and attending to all my needs. I had a prior conversation to set up an appointment- arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, checked in, and was called to take my X-Ray right on time. Maryam and Dr. Arun took care of me and got me out of there within an hour of my appointment time. I am very thankful for the job they did and will definitely be coming back for my dental needs!

I decided to come to this Western dental office even with all of the negative reviews regarding their customer service and wait times due to a person I know going there and saying that it's not as bad as they say. Unfortunately, that was one of my biggest mistakes as it's exactly as they said in the negative reviews about how some of the employees absolutely disregard the patients, and the customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would, but have escalated my concerns to their corporate office as they cannot honor their appointment times and do not communicate to you whatsoever what is going on. I'm still waiting on their director of operations Martha to give me a call. I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to take pictures of my teeth to tell me They cannot proceed with any work the same day and I needed to come back. To just take pictures that was four people ahead of me for my 2:15pm appointment time. The office manager, Anahi is absolutely rude and should be held accountable for the way she speaks to a patient. When I asked her for MY dental records, she said that Western dental will not do that due to policy when I stated HIPAA her response completely changed when I explained that I could give her A written authorization to release my dental records as they are my records. She told me that I would need to go sit again and wait in order to take the pictures if I wanted to take my service elsewhere. When I asked her if they would honor my 4 o'clock appointment time as I have a newborn that I'm lugging around and making arrange arrangements for she guaranteed me herself that it would. When I got there from my appointment, I waited for 45 minutes before. I finally decided to speak with Anahi as she is the office manager. When I asked her why it was not communicated to me that there was Two people ahead of me and I would've been waiting an additional hour when she Said she doesn't know why. She absolutely did not care about my concerns and about the fact that I had an appointment time at 4 PM. I walked out without getting my treatment as her demeanor was just one of "well deal with it. There's nothing I can do about it". When I also asked her for her Supervisor's contact she refused to give it to me. Maria in the front was absolutely amazing and Cristina with corporate was also extremely helpful. And now I'm waiting for the director of operations Martha to give me a call so we can discuss the absolute disregard that this office gives to a patient.

It was a long wait to get seen, besides that, the staff were very efficient and clear with what was needed for my children’s dental and orthodontic care. Marjo was very helpful. It was overall a great experience.
