I have really enjoyed my time with Whittington. I am a business owner and have many different insurance requirements (property, workers comp, etc). When I first worked with Whittington, Jessica did a deep dive into my insurance background with my previous insurer to evaluate my current coverage. We found massive gaps in coverage and I was a lot more exposed than I had originally thought. Jessica thoroughly explained to me what coverage I needed, why I needed it, and created a comprehensive plan to ensure I’m protected. She walked me through each step of the underwriting process. Having someone walk me through the nuances of insurance was very important to me so that I am aware of what I’m buying and the value behind the policy. Whenever I need to make changes, Whittington responds the same day. This was a bonus, not something I expected. As a business owner, trust is everything, and I don’t give it easily. Whittington is one of the few vendors who has earned it completely. I depend on them as an advisor and feel confident in their work without needing to scrutinize it.
