Woodhouse Spa - San Antonio - Quarry

It was a pleasant experience at this day spa! The reception is welcoming and the environment is relaxing. You get your own lockers to put your items safely and securely away. The robe is thick and warm! Slippers for comfort too! The waiting area has light refreshments and comfy seating too! No attempts to service up which is good and bad because no recommendations for creams nor ointments. Karina was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She did excellent! FYI I booked online because I could not get through on their phone line.

It was my first time at The Woodhouse spa and post wedding so I definitely needed a massage! The ambiance and everything was perfect! Julia was great, she was great at what she does and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be back and highly recommended! Shout out to my SIL for this gift! 💝

Update: I’m really happy to share that The Woodhouse Day Spa at The Quarry in San Antonio did take the time to reach out to me to confirm the facts regarding what happened during my visit and took steps to rectify the situation. I would like to send a special thank you to Jadyn Ortiz. She truly went above and beyond to address this and help restore my faith and interest in the spa. She demonstrated the type of customer service that I believe truly reflects how the spa operates. The customer service I received at The Woodhouse Day Spa at The Quarry San Antonio on Saturday, June 20, 2026 was poor. I booked a package that had three services—a massage, a facial and a pedicure. The facial and massage were great. After the massage I was escorted back to the waiting area and was told the next service provider would come to get me. I waited 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to ask what was happening with my service and was only then told that the full pedicure service could not be accommodated. I could receive a partial service or remove the service from the package. When I asked why didn’t anyone tell me, I was told that they were unsure if I was still in my service. This is incredibly disappointing. You have a booked appointment time and schedule of my services. If someone informed you that they could not complete my service in full, you should have informed me instead of shrugging your shoulders and waiting for ME to ask about the service. The truth is that I was forgotten about as a paying customer. Removing the cost of the service is not making it right. What should have happened is I should have been given a gift certificate for the inconvenience and inconsiderate nature in which the situation was handled. Instead a 10% “discount” was given. This spa costs charges premium prices and I expect premium customer service, which usually is the standard until today. I’ve been going to WH for years. If something is not done to correct this, I will never return.

I was gifted a massage (along with my daughter in law and her mom) as a Mother's day gift. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience that the spa created, from the comfy robes, the relaxing music, quiet room, and of course the excellent massage. I enjoyed sitting and chatting afterwards just unwinding and taking in the whole experience. I wish I took photo's but completely forgot. Next time.

Went for the first time today and had an incredible experience! Check in was smooth, the girl was very kind and welcoming. Nina did my Swedish massage with perfect pressure and really worked out my shoulder knots just like I needed. I was able to relax and drink champagne afterwards in the quiet room. This was the perfect treat for myself after taking a 7h test yesterday. Thank you guys! And anyone who goes, you’re in for a great experience.
