I have been a long faithful customer for over 25 years now that would include five BMWs, one Mercedes-Benz, and I am still a customer as of this day. Eric takes his time to explain to you if I fix this particular item what could happen to this particular item in 4 to 5 months. You don’t find honest mechanics like this anymore.

Mr. Johnson took almost half an hour of his time to determine the issue with my car. After a drive around the block he suggested that he could check the car further but he also said that it wasn't necessary (very transparently). He was friendly and funny during the whole conversation. I even learned a couple of things, lol. Truly a wonderful experience. He won me over as a long-term customer. Nothing but 5 Stars!

I just inherited a 2010 Q5 with 105K miles that had been sitting unused for 1.5 years. I knew the battery was dead and it needed an oil change, and I needed it to get me to Oregon within a couple days. I took it to Eric - my first experience with this shop. I'd made an appointment 1.5 weeks ahead, concerned that there might be trouble sourcing the right battery in this season. I came into town and the day of the appointment I called and they were ready for me, battery in hand. Nice to see the follow through! Eric got the requested services done and got the Q5 running reliably. His report on the overall vehicle inspection was very thorough, and though he mentioned a couple other items that could use attention he pointed out that they were not essential for my immediate road trip needs and could wait. No pressure to do unnecessary work. A friend of mine (who is a mechanic at an Audi dealership in AZ) texted me asking how the car fix was going. Everything I passed on from Eric, my friend said was spot-on. Not that I ever doubted Eric, but my Audi mechanic friend's affirmation is a vote of confidence. If I'm back in the area with this car and need service, I'll take it to Eric. UPDATE: I made the trip from the Bay to Portland in one shot. The Q5 ran like a champ. Thanks Eric!
