World Travel Mates

Cathy Reavis helped plan our company trip - 60 people travelling internationally. She not only gave us the best recommendations on where to stay, but made the entire booking process extremely easy. She even followed up after our arrival to make sure things were great on our end. We had a lot of last minute changes and she always responded quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Cathy helped plan an amazing honeymoon for my fiancé and me! She was extremely helpful throughout the process. It was our first time traveling overseas alone so we had a lot of questions; Cathy was great at sharing her insights without pushing us in any specific direction. She was also available and responsive while we were overseas which I found very comforting. We had one issue with a booking (the tour guide broke his ankle the night before our tour) and she made sure we were aware and everything went smoothly with rescheduling. We highly recommend Cathy and World Travel Mates and plan on using them for our trips moving forward!

We worked with Cathy Reavis to plan our honeymoon to Italy and she was fantastic. Everything was AMAZING! We literally had the best week of our lives. The private drivers she arranged for us were all so friendly and everyone arrived on time. We were so thankful to have someone else handle transportation because driving through Italy can be nerve-wracking. All of the hotels were spectacular, but Hotel Bellevue was definitely our favorite. The room was beautiful, the staff was so friendly, and the location was breathtaking. Every hotel was able to give delicious recommendations for food too, which was nice. I think the bike tour in Florence that Cathy set up was our favorite part of the entire trip. No one else had signed up for that particular tour so we basically got a private tour of Florence. Vanessa was our guide and she was so great and knowledgeable about the city. We also really enjoyed our guide Maria for our tour of the Vatican. I cannot say enough good things about our entire trip. I have already recommended her to three other friends who are getting married. We will definitely use Cathy again in the future.

Cathy made booking an international trip an absolute breeze! Helped coordinate between the resorts and found the best flights. This is coming from someone who usually likes to stay in control of every detail. Leave it to World Travel Mates!

Leaving a one star review because when you Google "Travel agents Charlotte" they come up as THE BEST. and the first result on Google. They also say they are full-service travel agency and their website makes it seem that they can plan any type of trip. After submitting an email a few days ago, I received a response this AM stating that "Other than church mission trips - we have no real experience with [my selected destination] as a tourist. Do not look here if you are a solo, first time traveler looking for help planning an international trip. I wish Google would strip them of their NUMBER 1 spot on the search results and maybe a website update because it currently appears that you can help those looking to go from the Himalayas to Jamaica, so i'm not sure why a South American excursion nobody has experience or cannot assist in planning..... I will find a BETTER AGENCY to use
