I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the area and they always take good care of me. Lisa is the sweetest and very attentive with my pedicures. I get builder gel after one of the techs suggested it when she saw me getting only regular gel and they would bend. I’ve been getting builder gel ever since, and idk when I’ll stop. I also love how they constantly get new colors to choose from, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to try out all the colors they have but i appreciate them always staying on top of the trends.

I was once a faithful and happy customer until yesterday. I will try to make this short. I felt like I was bait and switch with the nail person I usually ask for. Told she was coming when showed up no she not here. I was completely devastated and started to walk out. They assured me someone else could do the fill. The thing is Kim does awesome nail art the reason I keep coming. I showed them what I wanted and was assured it could be done. I even mentioned someone else who I knew to be as good do the art. She ended up giving me the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life, and I mean THE WORST. Both were rushing as if they had some where else to be. Then the nail art. I showed a picture of Pride nails. Not hard but important to match colors. Not one color is correct. The rainbow is missing colors. The last straw was trying to communicate and everyone played the I dont speak English game. I only gave two stars because my daughter in law came late and her nails look fine and the person she requested did her nails. The vibe was also off usually relaxing with nice zen music. Not this time. I will never go back.

I’ve been coming here almost 2 years. Kelly is an incredible pedicure technician! Best massage and gentle with the cuticles, really took her time with the pedicure making sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Kelly.

they are very inconsistent here with the level of service they provide. I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. Went in for a pedicure and they usually ask which pedicure option I want - they did not ask me this time and she just went straight for the basic one (mind you, it comes with a 5 min massage and she did not do that - maybe 30 seconds per foot) I also felt like my service was sped up to get me out even though it was not busy. I asked at the end when paying if they still offered the different options and the woman handling my payment said yes and began listing them and I explained how I wasn’t asked and she said she must have just assumed I wanted the basic one…..just wish the service was consistent across the board and not depending on who helps you.

First and last time I go, very bad job for what they charge. Nails were done horribly and all lopsided. If you’re looking for a good nail place I recommend Happy Nails. They had to fix the disaster that were my nails:
