Overall, I would say they did a great job staffing and training their people to serve great yakitori. Unlike Yakyuudori, they allow you to order by the stick so you don’t necessarily have to eat two sticks of everything you want to try (great for first timers). Meat was plump and tasty and better quality overall compared to Yakyuudori which can be skimpy at times, and their sauce ("tare") was excellent. However, couple of comments for how they could improve for the ultimate customer experience… I wasn’t a big fan of their sweet miso paste and mustard that they slab on the side of every plate they serve, and it’s downright wasteful.
