Awesome customer service skills. Kind people do still exist. Stop by the shop if you ever get a chance and I’m sure you’ll be blessed as well.
Shivach was Excellent great service, kind, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Mo also very accommodating and gave us a Great, Great price. I recommend shopping here with them at Ingram Mall!!!! Wonderful!!!

I just bought a really nice Guess watch that has a wide band pin. The first day I wore it I accidently broke the band pin by martial arts sparring with my boys. 🤦🏾♂️ Needed it fixed ASAP and couldn't find a place that was open after normal business hours (9-5PM). Went to other places in the mall, and others didn't have a pin wide enough Zain's was able to do it, did it quickly, and at a unmatched price. They were friendly, capable, and their service was top tier. They are my go-to from now on for jeweling needs!
