Today I came into Zales to replace a diamond that had fallen out of my wedding band. Yvonne was absolutely amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire repair process, even though it was a bit lengthy. While I was there, I ended up purchasing two beautiful bracelets as well! 😀 The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made the experience so enjoyable. They even shared cake with us while celebrating Yvonne's birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The best part? My kids left Zales saying it was "the best day ever!" 🤣 Thank you, Yvonne and the entire team, for turning what could have been a stressful visit into such a fun and memorable experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Very customer friendly! What I went there for wasn’t in any display case, but Justice was able to search it out, helped me order the item and did all the extensive paperwork required. Now, I just have to wait for my beautiful opal earrings to show up next week! Successful shopping experience, for sure.

I stepped into the Zales outlet on 1960 near 529. Yvonne was wonderfully helpful. She understood my financial parameters and the reason for my purchases. I was buying Bunco prizes for an upcoming event. She was engaging, compassionate, not pushy and helped me see the value in the various purchases. This Zales is not the closest to my house. The one closest to me is off 249 and Spring Cypress. That location was cold and told me directly they did not have anything in my budget at their store…same store…same jewelry. They were not going to offer me the sales price unless you ask for it. So I recommend traveling to the 529/1960 location and asking for Yvonne for some high quality service. I think I bought about 4-5 pieces of jewelry from Yvonne and worth my time and money! Thanks Yvonne!
