I had such an amazing experience at the head spa! It was incredibly soothing and relaxing from start to finish. The staff was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. You can really tell they put care and attention into every step. They did a fantastic job, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind! ✨

i am very disappointed with my experience here. everything was going well up until the very end when my hair was being dried with a towel. HALF of my hair ended up being completely knotted up. 3 people tried picking it out and i feel they only made it worse. i ended up leaving with a huge knot in my hair and had to go my hair salon to get a “dematting.” unfortunately i lost quite a bit of hair because of this. i don’t know how it happened and how they allowed this to happen. maybe they have no experience with long silky hair, but being a HEAD spa, this was very unacceptable and traumatic and should have knowledge of all hair types. i will never go back to another head spa again.

Enjoyed it all and will definitely return. The full body chair massage squeezes your shoulders and below the knees to feet. I recommend light setting if you are sensitive. I did not where make up or product in my hair. They do have makeup wipes if you do. The neck and arms massage was the icing on the cake. The whole process is relaxing and no pushy sales to buy anything extra. Definitely recommend this location. My scalp felt so clean and my hair felt so soft.

Visited here almost a month ago but I just had to say the experience I had here was amazing! We had the head spa treatment done and it was great! All the employees here were very nice and attentive they explained and showed us everything before the treatment. We were able to see the before and after of our scalp and all the products they use here is quality products. The procedure starts with the scalp analysis, then the sit you on a massage bed were they start by washing your hair then steam your head, after that you receive a mini facial, then a full head wash, once they are done they give you a shoulder and neck massage, they apply hair products that are customized to your individual needs, and finish up with drying your hair. The prices here were also very good considering other places charge double for the same experience.The place is extremely clean and looks very brand new because of the good maintenance here. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

Lovely head spa! Works for the 6' ladies like myself if they keep legs part of table down, bent. Was pleasantly surprised the head spa included a mini facial too. Feeling clean and refreshed! Highly recommend
