Customers mention both repair work and oil changes. One reviewer says the shop identified an issue with their Tahoe after several dealership visits had not provided a clear answer; the reviewer reports that 1st Tech Auto Services found the problem overnight. This is one customer’s experience, but it reflects why some drivers value a mechanic who listens to their concerns and works toward a clear diagnosis. Another customer says they drive about 40 minutes for oil changes, while other long-term customers highlight fair pricing, quick service, and confidence that the work is done right. The specific services available can depend on the vehicle and its needs, so drivers can contact the shop to discuss a repair or maintenance concern.

The customer experience described in reviews is personal and straightforward. Amjad and Eddie are named by customers who appreciate their helpfulness and care for their cars, and several reviewers mention returning for years or recommending the shop to people they know. Customers also point to transparency and professionalism: they appreciate being told what is wrong and having repair choices explained before deciding how to proceed. For drivers who prefer a conversation about the problem rather than a pressured sales experience, these reviews offer useful context. The shop may suit people seeking a neighborhood mechanic for routine maintenance, an oil change, or help investigating a vehicle issue.
