If there was an option to give 10+ stars, this would definitely be the case. I have passed this place often but honestly never stopped because I'm usually flying down the road. This particular time I was able to take a good look due to traffic slowing down and read the sign so I pulled in the parking lot to read some reviews and check out their menu. I went in and decided on the bulogi banh mi and a white chocolate mocha. The bread was beyond ridiculously good. It was perfection, nice crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Both were soooooo good. Also got a strawberry cream cheese pastry to go which was just as good. And the atmosphere is absolutely adorable in there. Some people were on laptops, I brought a book in to read while enjoying my items. Everything was so good I had to go back the very next day. I will definitely become a regular since it's so close to home and work.

220°C Bánh Mì & Coffee is a fantastic find in Charlotte if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food and coffee that offers something completely different from the typical coffee chains. The Traditional Grilled Chicken Bánh Mì (Bánh Mì Gà Nướng) is excellent. The chicken is flavorful and pairs perfectly with all of the traditional bánh mì ingredients, giving you that combination of savory, fresh, crunchy, and slightly tangy flavors that makes a great bánh mì so good. You can really taste the care that goes into the food, and knowing it's being prepared by an authentic Vietnamese couple makes the experience feel even more genuine. The coffee is just as much of a reason to visit. The Iced Vietnamese Coffee with Salted Cream is delicious, rich, bold, slightly sweet, and incredibly smooth, with the salted cream adding a great balance to the stronger Vietnamese coffee. The Iced Brown Sugar Vanilla Latte with Salted Cream is another standout. It's creamy and flavorful without tasting like the overly sweet, mass-produced drinks you often get from the big coffee chains. If you're a coffee drinker looking to try something different, especially higher-quality Vietnamese coffee with some unique flavor combinations, both drinks are absolutely worth trying. The atmosphere is another nice surprise. It has a comfortable, welcoming ambience with a nice sitting area that's perfect whether you want to stay for a little while or just have somewhere comfortable to sit while waiting for a takeout order. They also have free Wi-Fi, which makes it a good option if you want to bring a laptop and get some work done while enjoying a coffee. Everything felt clean and well maintained during our visit, including the bathrooms, which is always appreciated. Overall, 220°C Bánh Mì & Coffee is a great addition to Charlotte's food and coffee scene. Come for the authentic bánh mì, but definitely don't leave without trying one of the Vietnamese coffee drinks with salted cream. We'll absolutely be back!

We loved our bánh mì sandwiches at 220C Banh Mi & Coffee. The baguettes were wonderfully crispy, the grilled pork well seasoned with spices and moist, the slices of jalapeño, cilantro, cucumber, and carrot wonderful as an accompaniment to the grilled pork. We also enjoyed passionfruit-flavored lemonades topped with espresso and a Vietnamese flan for dessert. The place was hopping when we arrived during the lunch hour. Wait staff couldn't have been nicer and more courteous, and the atmosphere was relaxing. This is a real gem of a small Vietnames cafe in the big city of Charlotte, and I highly recommend it.

Finally had the opportunity to check out 220C Bahn Mi and Coffee and I was so pleasantly surprised when I entered the establishment. It was clean. It was beautifully presented, and the service was great. I also really enjoyed the matches that I purchased for me and a friend and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

Banh Mi & Coffee is an absolute gem. I recently tried their crispy pork belly bánh mì, and it was incredible. The pork belly was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The fresh bread and toppings balanced everything perfectly and made every bite amazing. I also had their Vietnamese coffee, which was just as impressive—rich, bold, and exactly what you want if you love strong, flavorful coffee. On top of the great food and drinks, the ambiance is really nice and welcoming. It’s a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a good meal and coffee. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
