Fresh-baked pastries with some really creative flavors. The blue corn sourdough is a must-try, the gochujang onion croissant roll and ube cruffin were also excellent. Coffee and matcha were great too. The shared courtyard seating have a nice, relaxed vibe for a late breakfast. Just note they’re closed Monday–Wednesday.

This place has long line but it’s worth the waiting. Fresh and delicious pastries. There are different kinds of fresh baked Breads and make to order drinks; hot and cold options. Expresso is really good here. You can’t go wrong with late. Outdoor sitting for quick bite when weather is ideal for outdoor seating.

This place is absolutely fabulous. The moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile and the smell of heaven. I got so many yummy things but my favorite was the rosemary focaccia bread. It was fluffy, crispy, soft and with the most delicious olive oil. Actually everything we had was delightfully flavorful and amazingly delicious. You can't go wrong with anything you get there. Go early because usually there is a line but it's so worth the wait.

Best croissants and artisan bakery experience, totally worth the wait Wait time was around 30 minutes, but honestly the moment I walked in I forgot about it. The place just pulls you in right away. The blue corn sourdough caught my eye immediately, the color alone is beautiful and it feels like something you don’t see at a typical bakery. I went straight for the croissants and wow… some of the best I’ve had. Flaky, crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside. The sun-dried tomato croissant was the one that completely sold me. Perfect balance- just rich and done right. Also ordered the ube cruffin- loved the purple filling! Soy gochujang and the almond croissant. Also got the cold brew and that surprised me in a good way. It tasted different from most places, kind of smooth with a slight tang, almost like a drip-style cold brew. If you’re into specialty coffee or unique cold brew, you’ll appreciate this. Price came out to around $50, which is definitely on the higher side, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. You’re paying for really well-made pastries and a full experience, not just a quick snack. If you’re searching for best croissants, almond croissant, artisan sourdough, or a top bakery worth trying, this place should come up. I’m definitely coming back just for the sun-dried tomato croissant alone.

Had another wonderful visit to 61hundred this morning. Picked up their new egg sandwich (so good) and a whole loaf of their blue corn sourdough straight out of the oven. Also pictured is the blue masa cornbread and chocolate croissant. Literally the best, most light chocolate croissant I've ever had. Amazing! And the staff is so friendly. Got lucky with no wait on a Friday around 10:30. Highly recommend for incredible breads - just don't go too late! ☺️
