Love this place but selection was spotty for a bit. Not sure what changed, but now that hours seem steady again I have noticed they always have stock now when I go in, even at 7pm! Big change from before when it would be understandably sparse right before close. It’s worth getting the app for at least one discount a month and to get rewards. First place i had a sea salt jasmine tea, we really liked it! Right now they have the cute little pumpkin breads too, pretty sizable for the price! This place is way cheaper than Paris Baguette, it doesn’t have donuts like them but what they do have is good quality and often under $2.50 a piece for basic ones!
The food was delicious, The place it too small and only a couple of tables, so it's more a pick up place only. It's my daughter's birthday and I picked her favorite place but there was no table to celebrate her birthday. I asked an employee if I can take a tray for a few minutes outside so can put the cake on it to do the celebration and she said no. Anyway, good place to pick up food and drinks.
On August 2 at around 4:00 PM, we ordered a Passion Fruit Green Tea and paid an extra $0.75 for each topping ($1.50 total) for aloe and coconut jelly. When we received the sealed drink, we were told the aloe was sold out. My husband asked if the price would be adjusted since we didn’t receive it, and the barista simply replied, “No.” So we were charged for a topping we never got. Also we did order extra ice, but the cup was completely filled with so much ice that it reached the sealing. The amount of coconut jelly was also an absolute joke. We asked if they could remake the drink with double coconut jelly to make up for the missing aloe. They agreed, but the remake was made incorrectly as plain green tea instead of Passion Fruit Green Tea…. We had to go back a third time because the drink was made incorrectly again. The original barista remade it, and her attitude was absolutely TERRIBLE. She didn’t apologize, didn’t even make eye contact, and simply handed us the drink as if she just wanted to brush us off. The service was an absolute joke. Very disappointed, and we will not be coming back. Management should properly train their staff. If this is considered acceptable customer service, then you seriously need to reconsider whether this employee is the right fit for a customer-facing role.
This place is so unique and has plenty of options to choose from both sweet and savory. Nothing was overly sweet from what I did have which I found refreshing. Got here around 5pm on a Sunday and there were still plenty of options, however there was definitely a lot missing. My advice is to get here early if you want to try everything as it was still busy when I went. Pastries were hit and miss for me but everything was delicious and fluffy. I'll definitely be back to try more.
Absolutely impressed! High quality and very affordable. I ordered a few different options to try and the bread was so soft and fluffy and had great taste. Definitely a new favorite place and i will order again! I don’t have a photo of my items only a picture of all the empty bags because i ate them all so quickly
