Perfection every single time and excellent customer service! Their tunafish sandwich is next level and not ordinary—plus their hot jasmine green tea is the best I’ve had! Beautiful desserts ready for any occasion you need. I adore coming here to this location! Easy parking and always seating available!
I gotta say, I'm extremely shocked that it's not five stars. This place has such a beautiful assortment of baked goods and desserts, as well as savory treats. The prices are impeccable as well. I'm not kidding, I honestly thought that the desserts I was looking at were gonna be double or triple the price and they weren't
I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but I felt I had to share this experience in hopes that my feedback reaches management. I've been coming to this 85°C Bakery Cafe location in Enterprise, Las Vegas, since February, shortly after my family moved here. At first, this quickly became one of our favorite coffee spots. We were stopping by almost every other day because the drinks were consistently excellent. There were three baristas who always made our drinks exactly the way we liked them. My drink is iced caramel macchiato made with oat milk and 2 extra pumps of caramel, and my husband's usual order is a hot mocha with oat milk and two extra pumps of caramel. Even with those customizations, the drinks always had a rich, bold espresso flavor. You could still taste the roasted coffee beans, the nuttiness of the oat milk, and the sweetness of the caramel and chocolate without the espresso being overpowered. It was balanced, smooth, and consistently delicious. Unfortunately, over the past 2 months, the quality has declined significantly. Since new staff members started making the drinks, the consistency has disappeared. One employee in particular has made our drinks several times, and each experience has been disappointing. I gave multiple chances because everyone can have an off day, but the drinks never improved. There have been times when my husband's mocha tasted more like sweet cereal than coffee. The chocolate and caramel completely overwhelmed the drink, and there was virtually no espresso flavor or roasted coffee taste at all. Other times, even after paying for an extra shot of espresso, the drink still tasted flat or almost like cardboard instead of having the bold coffee flavor we expect. On our most recent visit, we even paid extra to have additional caramel pumps mixed into the drink, and honestly, it didn't taste like the extra caramel had been added at all. It's frustrating to pay for customizations and not receive what you ordered, especially when you've been ordering the same drinks for months and know exactly how they're supposed to taste. Some people might assume the reason why mocha taste like sweet cereal because we add extra caramel to our drinks, but that isn't the case. We ordered these exact same drinks for months, and the original baristas made them perfectly every single time. The recipes haven't changed only the people preparing them. That's what makes this so frustrating. We've spent a lot of money at this location over the past several months because we genuinely loved the coffee drinks and looked forward to coming here. It's disappointing to see the quality become so inconsistent. When you're paying for specialty coffee, you expect the drinks to be made consistently, especially when you've been ordering the same items for months. I truly hope management focuses on better training and quality control so every customer receives the same experience regardless of who is behind the counter. I really wanted to continue supporting this location, but after several disappointing visits, I'll likely start going elsewhere.
Don’t visit here if you’re looking for overly sweet, overpowering pastrie!!! These gourmet treats are perfectly balanced, allowing you to truly appreciate the rich flavors and quality ingredients in every bite. Each pastry is thoughtfully crafted, deliciously refined, and absolutely worth indulging in!
Finally trying out some sweets and coffee from 85C - Tried a slice of the Red velvet cake. It was more on the dry-ish side. The cake was not moist or fluffy. It was dense and dry. - Same with the tiramisu It’s not moist and fluffy. The cream is very thick - Salted caramel coffee was super presentable The salt hits you soon as you sip from the cup But the caramel is mild in flavor, not too sweet. Although the girl warned me that it was going to be too sweet. - My favorite was The fudge nut brownie. Wow! I am in love! The outside is crispy and soft, with bits of brownie chunks on the inside. Taste of perfection! I definitely will be back more for the cookies! - Friendly staff. Clean place! Music choice was questionable at times with other good hits.
