We ordered a hazelnut oat milk latte along with a pastry that had a slight coffee flavor. While the taste was fine, the pastry felt a bit dry. My friends had two puff pastries, which were decent but not particularly impressive. I've previously tried their mango and tiramisu pastries, which were excellent, but this time the experience was underwhelming. Even the coffee was just average.

Very disappointing customer service experience One staff member was unnecessarily rude. Despite another employee giving her instructions for my order twice, she packed it incorrectly. When I walked up to politely remind her—while holding my child and other stuff (note - this was after waiting for sometime, while the staff was helping customers who came after me) —she responded dismissively. Instead of handing me the packaged cakes, she placed them on the far other side of the counter without saying a word and walked away. A simple “Here you go, thank you, have a nice day” would have been enough. The lack of basic courtesy made me feel unwelcome and left a much worse impression than the bakery’s products could make up for.

We usually buy here once a week to get treats for ourselves. The place has a nice selection of buns, baked goods, cakes, and cheesecakes. Prices are reasonable and food quality is decent. They also offer a selection of drinks. They constantly restock their shelves since people buy a lot. It's a good idea to come a bit earlier in the day if you want to have nicer selection. Nice place to get sweets and snacks for the whole family.
