Sign in to reviewThis was my first time visiting, and I was really excited to try this bakery. The store was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the cashier forgot to include my slice of Black Forest cake. Everything else was packed, but as you can see from the photo, the cake was missing. We called the bakery to see if we could pick up the cake at another location since we were already about 20 minutes away on the freeway when I opened the box and realized it wasn’t there. We were told that wasn’t an option. They did offer a refund, but because we paid in cash and were already so far away, that wasn’t very convenient. Aside from that issue, everything else was good. I’m disappointed because the cake was the item I was looking forward to the most. I’ll give the Carrollton location a try next time and hope for a better experience.
I bought blueberry muffin yesterday, and look at my cake!! Only one spot of blueberry !! 🤣Please baking consistently as the price we pay. Thank you.
Love it better than PB. Prices are half difference and 85 tastes better. Got box full of bread for half the price. Also there is lot more variety and also they are frequently stocked.
Best coffee/drinks ever probably. Bakery is Very good to and much better prices then any others that do this kind of thing. Calvin was awesome to. Gotta come try them
Guy at the cash register was very nice! Our order was quick to be packed up and I loved my choices of bread. Drinks sadly took a while to finish making though they were very worth it, and most pastries were out of stock (my fault with timing).
