85°C Bakery Cafe - Las Vegas

Popped in on a Friday night around 7pm, as we waited for our Uber which was arriving SOON, and I wish I had more time! I did a quick peruse to see if anything caught my eye, so many things did but the JUMBO GUAVA Cheese Strudel ?!? Had me like WHAT?! IN. THE. ABSOLUTE. DELICIOUSNESS. COULD. THIS. BE?! I love Guava, so clearly I was excited. Next up was how quickly I could pay for this possible future vice (lol) and while they did have what appeared to be a straightforward self-checkout, it looked like one machine of the 2 was down the other being used. Thankfully they have friendly, happy to help cashiers present, I was able to quickly pay, and be on my way within minutes. My only regret? Not having more time to really see what else appealed. I also didn’t eat my treat until 24hrs and a plane ride to Colorado later. It was still moist and delicious. Definitely recommend and also recommend you give yourself time to indulge in the pastries that await. This place is also very affordable for the quality and taste they deliver on. Well worth the visit, even if you only have a few minutes!!!

I come back specially for the Vietnamese coffee and Premium Milk Bread. It's my new addiction. The strength of the coffee is what I've been searching for. It's perfectly balanced with the right amount of sweetness, blended and poured over ice. I also get the energy boost that I need. Two thumbs up! I can't find the words to describe the bread other than it's sweet but not too sweet, and delicious! This place is located at the Shanghai Plaza with shared Parking so, parking can be difficult sometimes. The place is kept clean and the staff seem nice. They're pretty good at keeping the shelves stocked, and the line moving (even when it appears busy). Reasonable prices, and a great place to grab a sweet treat.

Wow! Come here first and gather breakfast items for your whole trip. Textures are spot on and flavors are subtle, fresh, and unique. Mango Panacotta, hot Carmel Milk Boba Tea, Mango Lemonade, Mango Strawberry Smoothie, Mango Custard Bun, Strawberry Matcha Bun, Coconut Snow, Boroh Danish. . .

Went here to check out the viral bakery. We got the coconut twist which my mom loved. I got the garlic and cheese dog which I totally recommend. They had a bunch of other yummy pastries for super cheap prices ranging from around $2-4. We also ate these pastries a day later and they were still really good. The meat floss bread is okay.

I’ve fallen in love with little bakeries and drink spots.. the cute and spacious cafe offered indoor seating , a kiosk for ordering and an assortment of drinks to include coffee, teas, and baked goodies. I was slightly overwhelmed… in a good way, great employees and welcoming space where employees rung up my Salted butter roll with a smile.
