Sign in to reviewGreat prices and good service. The drinks are tasty. No complaints here.
It's moist and chewy and the bread is art. The price is so good that I've been looking for a lot. Now, the bread size has become smaller because prices have risen. Still, it's okay compared to other bread prices. Bread and coffee for forty dollars. Salt and caramel coffee at this store are delicious, but since I bought them anyway..They even gave me a Christmas mug for a dollar.
I love this location much more than the Mira Mesa one. I always had pleasant experiences at here. Got some breads and cakes and ate at the mall, so nice! The service is good and people are nice and friendly. I will definitely come back this location for 85C breads. Btw, I had a Aussie meat bread and rose milk tea this time, it’s so good! I love!
Great pastries and desserts at 85C! On this visit we ordered a Lychee green milk tea, strawberry milk tea, slice of strawberry cake, and a slice of tiramisu. Very fast and friendly service and they’re constantly bringing out fresh pastries. Definitely recommend!
We stopped by this 85° to get a couple of boxes of pastries each week for the UCSD Oncology medical staff that my family member is seeing everyday for radiation treatments. This has to be my least favorite location! Andrew and Andy are the only two friendly cashiers that would smile when they help customers but the rest always seem so miserable and I see how they are so unfriendly when they serve customers. We have a VIP account so we tried to order a few of their drinks from the special based on our points offers... we were told we are out... we are out of that too... we are out of that also. And the week before Christmas they were also out of utensils. They sell cake slices and no utensils 2 weeks prior to xmas?! What!$@#? The drinks that we did get were watered down and were not good at all. We only went back for the pastries. 3 🌟 for pastries, Andy and Andrew. We stopped going there after four weeks and went to the one on Balboa.
