I really enjoy the food here, it’s tasty, reasonably priced, and the portion sizes are great. That said, the service has consistently been disappointing. The staff is very rude and not very helpful, especially when asking for simple adjustments. They don’t seem open to accommodating requests. Also, the Vietnamese coffee is almost $6 but is 70% ice, which doesn’t feel like good value. I genuinely like the food and would love to keep coming back, but the customer service experience makes it difficult.
I only ever go to 85 for the garlic cheese bread. Today all of them were noticeably smaller than I’ve ever seen before.. like shrunk by 30% in size, but same price. When I asked about it, the shift lead who was at the cash register tried to tell me I must be thinking of the french bread version being bigger bc nothing has changed. Respectfully SIR, I have been buying both french and regular garlic cheese breads from various 85 locations for years now, don’t try to play me like that. Hoping the shrink was just either at this location or just an off day for their production, but like seriously if it’s changed and we notice just admit & don’t gaslight plz
Ana Hernández has an attitude. The strawberries were so gross 🤢 they were outside on a table, strawberries go in the fridge.
Fast service, great team & positive attitudes from cashier & staff, breads are always good, they also have a good variety of cakes on display. Service was also quick. I recently had the strawberry croissant and it was amazing 10/10
