Sign in to reviewJD and the 911 team went above and beyond when my windshield needed replacement. JD proactively contacted my insurance with me on a conference call and leveraged his experience to get a claim started. He waited patiently for the insurance approval, keeping me updated the whole time, and when it was approved, he proactively called around to find my replacement windshield. Because it was only available in Carlsbad, he even sent someone to pick it up from there and bring it up to Orange County so that he could replace my windshield within days (vs weeks). I'm so grateful for JD! The replacement was less than 2 hours and the waiting room is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend JD and the 911 Windshield Repair & Replacement team.

I used Yelp to get estimates to replace a windshield for my daughter's Honda. 911 windshield end Repair was the first to respond. Three other companies responded and they were much lower than what 911 was quoting. With further discussion with 911, I found out that the other companies didn't quote the recalibration that was needed for this car. 911 was higher than the other companies, but I felt that they were honest and upfront with me. The installer showed up on time, finish the job quickly and later on JD did the calibration himself. It was a flawless insulation and service. Cheapest isn't always the best. I highly recommend this company.
JD and his sweet pup, Oreo were excellent to work with! He came within the time window he stated, had pertinent information especially with my specific car in mind (Tesla Model 3). He had multiple payment options and he was friendly throughout the short 15-20 minute process. My clip this time was about the size of a dime (for context). He even gave me some protective glass saving stickers for when I have another chip in my windshield. I highly recommend you hire him! Great experience! Thanks again, JD!
Solid Service!! Had a small crack on my windshield that got bigger overtime to the point I was told I had to replace the whole front windshield smh. Did some research and found this business. Spoke with JD, which then led us to hoping on a 3-way call with my insurance company to get the claim done everything was quick n easy. After a few days trying to get approval for an OEM Toyota windshield replacement, JD made it happen and got the approval done. Scheduled an appointment to get it replaced that week, I didn’t have to drive to his shop, he drove to my workplace and got it done, installed, and replaced which was very convenient! Definitely solid experience from start to finish thanks again!!
