I have used this pharmacy several times for my brother. The staff is always friendly and so far I have never had to wait too long. They are conveniently located to my brother's dental surgeon. This is how I found them and it has made my caring for my brother so much easier.
A1 Care is the best pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. I was recommended to switch service to A1 by both a well-regarded and caring psychiatrist plus his psychiatric nurse, so A1 has a good reputation among practitioners who trust them. I used to go to CVS, and at CVS, there was a lot of miscommunication and mix-ups. My practitioners actively disliked working with CVS and CVS led to lots of wasted time on my end waiting for them to correct prescriptions they would claim my own practitioners messed up. CVS would not take accountability or be clear with me or my doctors. A1 is totally different. Instead of robo-calls, I get a real person on the phone. They are polite, professional, quick, and compassionate. They communicate clearly and they follow through, your meds are ready when they say, and there’s no wait after they contact you unless there’s a line and the lines move fast. Efficient, kind, and easy to engage with. Best pharmacy in OC; highly recommend you switch, especially if a big box place is mismanaging your care. Pricing is excellent too.
Just got off the phone with them, I thought today was gonna be a hard day, but I got super lucky and called this pharmacy. The guy on the phone was super helpful and accommodating. I’m really new when it comes to pharmacies and insurance/no insurance. He was so helpful and now my day is ending on a good note. Plus my prescription are a lot more affordable!
I came to pick up a refill of my medication today January 8 2026 and the young gentleman with the glasses I believe with last name Gomez was very helpful and respectful... Overall every time I come for a refill the whole staff is nice and on point.. Thank you guys
