I absolutely love HEB, but this pharmacy has given me so many problems and choosing not to give me my medication that my doctor and psychitris writes for me. They will always only do partial or/and never follow their instructions. It's absolutely ridiculous when I'm pretty much always "out of luck" EVERY SINGLE MONTH when I have to come in to get my medication here. Worst experience dealing with any pharmacy
Always friendly, always helpful. Except for Jessica. She's always rude. She has no business dealing with the public. All the staff knows it. They have my number to call if they want to talk to me AGAIN about her. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
I honestly don’t like getting my meds from here anymore. One lady tells me she can setup my delivery over the phone and that delivery is free. Another lady tells me that I have to do it on the app and that I have to pay a fee. I don’t like that! What if I weren’t tech savvy and weren’t able to go in-person due to transportation issues? Everyone here has always been so rude! This pharmacy definitely needs secret shoppers. I guarantee they’d get poor reviews.
Rebecca is rude, does not care about customers & needs to be retrained. All these changes with the delivery service makes it hard for customers who can’t come in to pick up for various reasons. HEB needs to better the delivery services and find better people who actually care about the customers. This may be your job but this is the customers health & lives. Put yourself in the customers shoes, how would you feel dealing with constant change and bad attitudes if you weren’t able to get your meds? What about your parents, grandparents or kids? Have some kind of decency when you deal with customers Rebecca. You definitely need help with people skills.
