Will constantly call you not about your prescription. Its always A.I. telling you they have an offer an to call them back. No way to stop this. I have called and talked to representatives multiple times and the calls do not stop. Will be blocking all the numbers and using another pharmacy. Do Not Recommend Even Giving them your phone number! 2+ calls daily. Not to mention when you call them you have to wait on hold usually 10+ minutes. DO NOT USE THEM!
what’s the point of being forced to create an account and download an app if I STILL HAVE TO CALL YOU FOR EVERYTHING???? Why do I need to verify my identify several times on every call? Why do I get blown up by your “registered nurses” trying to explain to me how to give myself a shot??? Why am I forced to go through this? I’ve seriously considered stopping my medication just so I don’t have to deal with this awful pharmacy. I’d rather deal with my disease than this repetitive terrible experience
Absolutely horrible. I have gone around and around with Accredo, ExpressScripts, Evernorth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield for two months trying to get an anaphylaxis preventing drug for my food allergies. Insurance companies owning pharmacies should be illegal. Their incompetence is intentional to prevent patients’ access to expensive medications.
You better hope and pray your insurance doesn’t require you to use Accredo specialty pharmacy because if it does, prepare to be driven absolutely insane. You’ll get automated calls every day for weeks in a row, which you’ll pick up because you don’t want to miss something important. They’ll ask you which medication you want to discuss, you’ll say “I don’t know, YOU CALLED ME”. They’ll tell you a medication is ready to schedule for refill, that you already have being delivered this week and won’t need to get again for 3 months. They’ll “schedule a call back for 3 months to stop the automated calls” which never works. They’ll try to fill double the med from your prescription (think 2 boxes/ 4 syringes instead of 1 box/2 syringes)Then they’ll say you don’t have an approved prior authorization. Leading to 2 weeks of hell for you and your prescriber trying to figure out what’s going on with Accredo and BCBS until you figure out their mistake. Almost forced me to miss a dose due to their complete incompetency. For some reason Accredo has to be a middle man for my Botox medication that I get administered by my neurologist for migraine and that has been one of my biggest nightmares. I am constantly worried that they’ll mess up my billing as well, as they’ve shown nothing but complete incompetence across the board. Avoid at all costs unless you’re unlucky like me and forced to use them. A living nightmare. It’s stressful enough to live with chronic illness, having to deal with Accredo on top of that is truly the worst.
Wish I could give negative stars ... Always difficult to deal with and prepare yourself for repetitive and terrible automated prompt and them calling you only to put you on hold... And then having a call center ask you why you are calling and what about when they called you. What a mess.
