They are always concerned about all their patients. They even remember to tell patients Happy Birthday. The previous statement is from over a year ago. But then they started f***ing me over. We were both patients there when my husband was alive. Being self-employed, our paperwork would be the same information about our income, address, and other things. I filled out the packets for both of us most of the time. Yet, I was always told my paperwork had to be redone, every damn month, yet my husband was accepted from the beginning. Tell me why if the financial info is the same for us both because we work our own business, he gets approved and treated with respect and I get told I'm not approved because the information isn't complete. They mucked me over and I was not given my medicine for 5 months last year. So after my husband passed away from a brain aneurysm, I told them to retire his records and requested mine because I was transferring my care to the VA. And just as they have done me as a patient, they are still mucking me over. It has been over 3 months since my first request for my records, the 5th time my doctor at the Dallas VA put in the request back in May. It is now August and they still have not transferred my records. The front desk people, didn't even inform the doctor in their own clinic that I wasn't a patient there anymore. I have waited long enough for my records and will be reporting their B.S. to the proper authorities. Go there if you must, but PLEASE BEWARE.
