Sign in to reviewWas running an errand one evening and decided to check this place out and while I. The neighborhood. I’d seen the bakery on my instagram feed in a post from @thedaviddouglass. YALL the algorithm did not disappoint! Sooooo very good. If you’re new to this style of pastries just go in and tell whoever’s working that you want an assortment and it’s your first time. You’ll wind up with the box featuring a little bit of everything, all of it good. One suggestion for the owners, paint a turn here for Baklava sign on the cinderblock enclosure outback for customer is coming from the south. 😎
Kitchen is so dirty and filthy. A proper inspection needs to be done at this place. Went in to get the mixed grill To-go… As soon as I got home and then start eating, I noticed there was mold all over the plate. Imagine driving close to 50min back and forth, paid close to $28 for the plate and I had to throw it in the trash. I called them to complain and they were like, Yeah, drive back 50 mins and we gonna give you a new plate. I would never step my foot in this place again.
This restaurant is my go-to spot in Dallas. The food is incredibly delicious and consistently meets my high expectations. The spacious seating area is adorned with traditional folklore accents and design elements that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service is prompt, with no wait times exceeding 15 minutes. My orders arrived perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. After trying various restaurants, this place has become my favorite. It surpasses all others in terms of food quality, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the convenience of having fresh bakery and pastry just a few steps away across the restaurant which is under same ownership “I might be wrong” but both carry same name.
If you are looking for genuinely authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, Al Baghdady is the ultimate destination. From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is incredible, making you feel right at home. Their grills and kabobs are perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with traditional flavor. Pairing the savory meat with their fresh, piping-hot samoon bread straight from the oven is pure perfection. And you absolutely cannot leave without trying their legendary sweets. Try them. The quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the warmth of the family running it make this a standout spot in the DFW area. Mashallah, I wish them immense success, and keep their doors open for many generations to come. Wishing them nothing but the absolute best! Highly, highly recommended.
The beef schwarma combo was really good. The service was awesome. Servers were extremely polite. Update: Ate at Salam Grill which is next to Al Baghdaddy. 👍🏾
