I ordered take out for lunch hour. It’s a pretty hefty menu, but I went with the No. 1 and got the potato salad as the side. A bit pricey, but the portion was huge! Very tasty! Made me want to book a flight to NYC, so I could eat my favorite sandwich. I definitely need to try other things in the menu.

Cindi's was recommended by Google for Sunday Brunch. Arrived around 12:30 pm & though it was very busy, I was seated within 10 mins. They have a large variety of menu items to choose from, sure to cover any taste buds. I chose the banana pecan pancakes w/bacon & eggs. Also ordered chicken fried steak w/chicken & rice soup & a baked potato. The soup came out first & was so fresh & had a really good flavor. The bananas on the pancakes were fresh as well & reminded me of banana bread. There's also a deli counter w/a selection of deli meats, pastries & bagels to choose & order from. Enjoyed the dining experience overall & the service provided.

I'm sad I haven't tried this place sooner. The food and service were excellent. Even though we went at 7:00 on a Friday night it wasn't crowded.

Wonderful bustling neighborhood diner. Friendly and attentive service. I didn’t grow up in Dallas but every time our family comes here for a weekend brunch, it feels like home. I just wish they had soy or oat creamer.
