Albertsons Pharmacy

Currently on hold for the pharmacy without being told i was going to be put on hold. The kind thing to do would be to at least let the person know you're going to put them on hold. I was finally able to speak with someone, and it was the manager. After he kindly accepted my rude attitude, he advised me my Rx would be received by Thursday, and explained the situation and was definitely a lot nicer than I was when I started the conversation. He did well to deescalate my rage and answered my question sufficiently. This person needs to train others in customer service. Thank you, sir.

Slowest pharmacy ever because there is only one register. They will charge your card extra (usually if Denise is working) and leave out pills from you prescription, or they will send extra medications you didn't want, if they even honor their shipping that day, all things that have happened to me personally. Marcus "the pharmacist" is also very unhelpful. It's not worth the cheaper prices, honestly. I hope they have the same bad day that they cause their sick customers to have. Truly exhausting dealing with them. Edit: After making the review they purposely gave my husband the wrong medication that I didn't want and refilled 3 medicines I didn't even ask for, so that we would have to make additional trips to the pharmacy. They are being vindictive at this point and now im going to run out of medication that they "accidentally " left out.

I went to pick up my prescription (12/15/23) thinking it was going to be $28 and thought to myself why is it so much. Then started thanking God that he supplies all my needs. Christine the Pharmacist is always friendly and courteous. She told me your prescription is $28 with your insurance but with goodrx it is $11. This has not always been my experience with pharmacies. She made me feel like she was really looking out for me. She had no idea how she was part of God's plan to be a blessing to me! Thank you so much Christine for exceedingly great service!

I absolutely love the pharmacy staff, and Christine is God's gift. She told me about GoodRX to help save on my prescriptions, and I can't thank her enough. All the ladies are a great asset to Albertson Pharmacy! Keep up the good work, ladies! We appreciate each and every one of you!

I went to buy groceries and had a prescription to fill, so thought I’d take care of both at the same time. I stood at the drop off window while they were waiting on the people in the pickup line. One of the employees did acknowledge me and said they would be right back. I waited for a while longer after the customers were taken care of in the pickup line the employees never came over to me so I left without leaving my prescription. Very poor customer service!!
