These details make the restaurant worth considering for diners who want more than soup, while the pho remains the main draw in customer comments.

My family had a quick bite tonight at Amy Pho on Union Hills around 5 PM. I saw their ribeye special for $9.99 on Facebook, and with how expensive everything is now, I figured it was worth trying. I asked if they could put the meat on the side, but the kitchen could not do that. Still, they made it work by putting it on top and keeping it from being overcooked. The pho was really good, tender, juicy, and slightly pink. Big portion too, and they did not skimp just because it was on sale. We also got chicken fried rice, and it came with a lot of veggies and chicken. It was enough to share with my nephew. If you are in the area and want ribeye pho, this place is worth a try.
The service was great, he handles the rush like a pro. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored, we had our food within a timely matter. We tried the chicken pho and steak, both broths were delicious and hot. The drinks were icy and fresh, strawberry was the best in the my opinion but the chunks of pineapple that my partner had was even better. The atmosphere is calm and sometimes chatty but in a good way.
Came here for a bowl of pho, didn’t disappoint. Absolutely delicious with many veggies and plenty of meat. Asked for spicy and they delivered. Not crazy but also not mild. Food came out hot and server was very attentive. Will definitely be back.
Third time here and I’m ready for my review. This place has become my new favorite pho spot in phoenix. The broth is sooooo rich and flavorful. It’s honestly ruining it if you add anything to it. The space is pretty tight, only about 9 tables, but if they keep this up, they will quickly outgrow this place. However, that means if it’s busy, expect a wait. The food comes out fast and tables move, so it shouldn’t be too bad. The rib combo comes with chicken and shrimp, which I didn’t expect, and I’m conflicted about that. The shrimp gives the broth a different taste, but it’s still really really good. The 3 times I’ve been here, there has only been 1 server and he is just running around. They could do with a second person, because they are really busy. Still, he is efficient. Overall, 5/5.
