Angel Moving & Storage

Angel and his team helped us move our 6 bedroom house. It took over 13 hours in their 26 foot truck and 2 trips, but they never skipped a beat. They arrived early, carefully wrapped and taped our furniture before moving them. They were quick and efficient in loading the truck. Once we arrived at the destination and realized some of the pieces were too big for the doorway, Angel was creative to make adjustments without damaging the pieces. The best of all was when we needed to make slight adjustment to our bed afterwards, Angel was willing to stop by again on his own time to help us out. The whole experience with Angel Moving & Storage was absolutely positive, they were quick to respond to my email inquiries, flexible with my scheduling, knowledgeable about the business. The best of all is their customer support even after the move. Of course the cost was more than reasonable. I am really glad we had Angel and his team to help us for our move.

We had a great experience with Angel Moving & Storage, they made moving much easier from start to finish. Their office staff was very accommodating as my plans had changed numerous times. On the day of the move we had 3 men who came ready to work! They were very efficient with moving everything out of our third floor, no elevator apartment. They took care of our items and wrapped everything carefully. The team was very nice and respectful and they came in under the quoted time as well. I have to move again shortly and I will definitely choose Angel Moving & Storage again!

I deducted 1 star from my initial review because the reply to it was not honest. AMS did a really really good job the first time I asked them to help with a move so I happily became a return customer, but unfortunately the second try was underwhelming. First there was the hidden fee in the fine print that didn't exist in the first move and wasn't highlighted to me when I reached out for the second move. Second, the movers weren't as great as the first time, with many small things that I only realized were not professional in retrospect. Finally, the owner Angel was very friendly and responsive, which I appreciate. But he didn't keep his promise of compensating me for a fine vase lamp the movers broke, a promise he made with confidence and earnest without my pressure. I don't need the vase anymore, but the whole thing, with some unpleasant details I choose to not list here because he eventually rectictified them (for the most part), left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Excellent service from start to finish. They were punctual, organized, and extremely careful with all my belongings. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them 100% and would definitely hire them again

We had a wonderful experience with Angel Moving & Storage! Angel was responsive, and his movers were efficient, respectful, and diligent during our 7-hour move. They were careful when assembling, disassembling, and taping/protecting our furniture throughout the move, and they really didn't slack on the job! I also appreciated how affordable and transparent the pricing for our move was. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable movers in the Bay Area!
