A one bedroom took me a week to pack up, ending with around 20 different size boxes. Rustam and Fito arrived, helped wrapped up my dresser, mattress, and electronics with care. Got everything loaded up and unloaded at my new destination in about 4 hours. The entire process was stress free. From the initial quote and scheduling process with Sam, Matthew, and Tad. And the friendly movers, Rustam and Fito taking care of the entire move. I would definitely hire Pure Moving Company again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a stress free move.

All I can say is WOW! This was truly white glove service from start to finish. It all started with James, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and even helped me find every available discount. From the very first phone call, I felt I was in great hands. When the moving team arrived, Sasha (Alex), Zhenya (Eugene), and Sergey (Serge), that’s when the real magic happened. These three are like modern day Spartans: strong, precise, efficient and incredibly patient. They immediately earned my complete trust. I was moving from a two-bedroom apartment (Dublin, CA to Danville, CA) filled with fragile furniture, glass pieces, mirrors, artwork, and a massive 9 foot tall, extremely heavy mirror. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to move everything without damage. The way they wrapped and protected every single item was beyond impressive. There was simply no chance anything could break. They completed the entire move, including carefully wrapping, loading, transporting, unloading, and placing everything exactly where I wanted it, in less than 8 hours. The anxiety and stress of moving disappeared the moment I saw how professional and organized they were. Paul, Stas, & Iiya did our move. We moved two units, one from Orinda and one from Oakland, into our new place in Alameda.
