Arapaho Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy. Such nice people and excellent turnaround time on filling prescriptions. It's also a compounding pharmacy which is great if that is what is needed for a particular prescription.

I moved our family's prescriptions from Walgreens to Arapaho Pharmacy over a year ago and I have been thrilled with our experience there. It is so wonderful to speak to a human being and not a machine when I call them! I have never had to wait in line here, and while they sometimes have system hiccups, they always resolve them promptly and professionally. The staff is courteous and friendly, and I love supporting a locally owned business.

Had been going to this Pharmacy for about 11+ years and up until recently(recently being about 8-10 months ago) had no issues getting prescriptions filled. Suddenly one person said they could fill my C2, another said they would no longer, and they ended up filling it anyway due to the first commitment but would not do it again. I had my C2 medication changed and dose lowered and thought I'd try and ask them if they could fill those medications. However, they "no longer do those meds" which I know is a flat out lie, as I know a few other people that get their C2s from this pharmacy and had been for years like me, which is why I inquired. Someone is lying and even a pharmacist there says they wouldn't run the business like its being currently ran. I do live in Richardson too, so that is not the reason. Service here has really deteriorated. I would stay away at this point as I feel they are purposefully driving customers away.

My husband and I have been using Arapaho Pharmacy since we discovered it in 2009. Arapaho Pharmacy is very caring and helpful and bends over backwards to get our prescriptions to us in a timely manner. We have compounded prescriptions which take a lot of time to make so we really appreciate it. I wish all pharmacies were like this one. It's almost impossible to find customer service like this anymore.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding this Arapaho pharmacy . Unfortunately, I had several frustrating experiences that I believe need the owners attention and everyone’s attention. Firstly, the staff seem to struggle with checking insurance information, which often leads to delays and confusion with our medications. Additionally, we have frequently received prescriptions that are missing five or more tablets, raising concerns about proper counting and inventory management. There is only one staff member by the name of ELIJAH , who has consistently provided reliable service, the overall experience has been disappointing for me and others in the community. I believe it’s essential for you, as the owner to be aware of these issues or you will lose most of your customers. I will never ever go back to this pharmacy . No good .
