Aritzia is a prominent women's clothing store situated along the historic commercial strip of Georgetown in Washington, DC. Located at 3210 M St NW, Washington, DC 20007, this multi-level retail destination brings contemporary fashion and tailored staples directly to shoppers in the nation's capital. Spanning two floors, the boutique offers an expansive shopping environment designed to showcase an array of curated apparel, ranging from polished office attire to relaxed weekend collections in a stylish, modern setting.

The store's selection covers a broad spectrum of lifestyle needs, making it a sought-after destination for shoppers building a versatile wardrobe. Among the most popular finds are structured suit sets ideal for business school presentations or corporate offices, as well as chic dresses, tailored trousers, and seasonal coats. For those seeking a guided experience, dedicated in-store styling associates are available to assist with coordinating complete looks, offering advice on fit, silhouette, and layering to help customers prepare for important professional milestones or everyday occasions.

With its prime position on bustling M Street, the store provides an energetic atmosphere that works well for an afternoon of browsing with friends. However, given its high foot traffic and popularity, shopping conditions can vary throughout the week. Customers often note that popular sizes can sell out quickly from the floor, and inventory may be more limited compared to larger suburban mall locations or online options. In addition, peak periods can lead to longer waits at the fitting rooms and registers, where customer experiences can differ between personalized styling support on the sales floor and busy checkout lines.

To plan your visit, Aritzia maintains generous operating hours seven days a week to accommodate both midday Georgetown strolls and after-work visits. The boutique opens Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, extends hours on Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and operates on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Sunday hours running from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Visiting during off-peak morning or weekday hours can offer a quieter environment to try on curated pieces, consult with stylists, and explore the boutique's signature collections at a comfortable pace.

This women’s boutique is absolutely adorable! It has two floors filled with stylish and well-curated pieces. It’s the perfect spot to explore with your girlfriends and spend an afternoon trying on cute outfits. I tried on a few dresses and really loved them—but unfortunately, they didn’t have my size. Still, I had such a fun time browsing. The atmosphere is cozy, the selection is great, and I’d definitely come back to check again.

I came in looking for a suit set for business school and a fabulous stylist to help me through that process. I just knew I couldn’t do it alone, I don’t normally shop at Artizia. Immediately, Lian and I clicked. She was wonderful with …

I had a terrible experience at Aritzia. I found a coat I really liked, and there were at least ten of the same coat on the rack — clearly not something that was “misplaced.” The one I picked was marked 50% off, and I even took a picture showing all the identical coats together. When I went to check out, the staff suddenly claimed it was misplaced and refused to sell it to me at the price shown. Even if it was misplaced, it’s the store’s responsibility to label and price items correctly — not the customer’s job to guess their mistakes. The manager was extremely unprofessional and offered no real explanation. To make things worse, the manager handling the situation was unprofessional and stayed on her phone the entire time instead of addressing the issue properly. The whole experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly one of the worst customer service moments I’ve had. I expect better from a brand like Aritzia. I won’t be returning. The level of harassment I experienced at this store was completely unacceptable. During my Sunday visit, several employees repeatedly asked if I wanted them to hold my clothing behind the desk or place the items in a fitting room while I …
