Loved my first experience here. Great customer service, Sarah assisted me and she was superb! I was served a mask (COVID times) and water upon entering. She helped me find my size and demonstrated proper shoe care. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Loro Piana store, which has completely changed my perception of the brand. I’ve always loved Loro Piana for its quality and craftsmanship, but my recent visit to their store was nothing short of frustrating, largely due to the poor handling of an issue by the assistant manager. I encountered a problem with a purchase made in-store, and instead of receiving the help and service I expected from a brand of this caliber, I was essentially dismissed. The assistant manager was unprofessional and did not facilitate a proper resolution, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. I’ve never dealt with a merchant that so blatantly disregards their clients’ concerns. My advice: If you love Loro Piana, save yourself the hassle and buy through a department store. Their brick-and-mortar client service and system are broken, and clearly, they need to reevaluate how they treat their customers. It’s a shame to see such a reputable brand fall short on something as crucial as customer service.
Visited this store only to discover they still sell real animal fur. Crazy to believe anyone thinks buying or selling fur is acceptable in this day and age. Won't be returning.
