We stopped going when the drinks were coming out inconsistent.we decided to give them a try again and it was going pretty good until today.as you can see the matchas are very weak. It looks like no mostly almond milk. We don't have car and I am elderly so we use door dash and most of the time they won't help us out. It is so frustrating because we just enjoy treating ourselves sometimes and can't even make that happen. I have worked my whole life and very much understand great customer service and it is very hard to find people who care about that anymore 😥 your response makes no sense. We have been getting the matcha latte with no sugar unsweetened almond milk for many years and it was always good. Then it stopped being good and we stopped going now we started going again and they have been great until today. The matcha latte with no sugar unsweetened almond milk like we want it looked like almond milk with hardly any matcha today. And yesterday I got a lychee green tea 50% sugar and it was amazing. Said it was my new favorite and today it was not near as good .so Artea you can better but you have lost your chance with us😥
The girl in glasses with long pony tails Victoria - she won’t try to help you -. When I asked her if she can make the meet a bit more well done, or cooked, she responded, “sorry we are busy.” And she didnt ring my points up out of despise. You can see meat is very fatty and water down. I haven’t been back for a few months and I barely recognized this place. PS: you have to love how the manager was trying to rectify the issue. Victoria is a trainee and she already lacks the customer service it takes to be part of this well established place I hold so dearly to heart.
