I had an amazing experience here. The staff was patient and extremely accommodating. They helped me and my fiancé find our perfect rings and worked with us to get the rings ready in an incredibly short turn around. They went above and beyond exceptional service! I've been to Arthur Yates & Sons twice over the past several years and had excellent experiences each time. The staff is professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable, the prices are fair, and their process is efficient and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

I truly appreciate the professionalism, respect, and consideration reflected in his response, as well as his clarification that what I experienced was not the store’s policy. I also appreciate his acknowledgment that my additional items should have been evaluated when I requested it. My original review remains an honest reflection of how I experienced the interaction that day and how it made me feel. At the same time, I believe it is equally important to recognize when a business takes a customer’s concerns seriously and makes an effort to address them professionally. I genuinely appreciate the way you have chosen to address this situation. I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I brought few 14K gold chains to have them evaluated and potentially sell them. Although the employee provided the weights, when I asked for purchase offers, I was abruptly told she would only price one piece. When I politely asked about another, I was told, “No, I said one,” and to come back another day. The issue was not simply the limitation—it was the dismissive and disrespectful way I was treated. As a Latina woman, the interaction left me feeling judged and questioning whether my background influenced the way I was treated. I later spoke with management, who acknowledged that this was not their normal process or the way I should have been treated, which I appreciated. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

I would highly recommend Yates & Sons Jewelers! I personally went there to sell some old jewelry that had been sitting around for years. They were very courteous and professional, answered all my questions. I also felt the pricing was extremely fair. The store was clean, safe, welcoming and their product looked beautiful and well displayed. In fact, I left with a new pair of earrings that caught my eye before I left. I had a great experience here. The staff was very kind and accommodating for both me and my elderly mother. They have a great selection of jewelry, and will pay you for your scrap gold. 10/10 would recommend, and we'll definitely be back!
