I absolutely love coming to Asian Nails! I come here every time, and I’m always treated with such kindness and great customer service. My nails and feet always come out perfect, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. The salon is also very clean and smells amazing every time I visit. I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and loving my nails.

If it were possible, I would give them a negative stars! I called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures and was told they could accomodate us at 10:30. We arrived at 10:25, the immediately sat us in 3 chairs and proceeded to fill my husband and sons basin with water and started their pedicures. I sat for about 10 minutes watching the owner of the salon work on someone's nails while someone else was working on the same womens feet. I ask how long it was going to take for someone to get to me (keep in mind, I am the only one getting polish) and was told when one of them who was working on my husband or son was done. I immediately reminded them of the appointments I made and the owner tole me that is just the way nail appointments are. After 35 years of nail appointments this is the 1st time I have been told this. I told them I had a job to get to and did not have that kind of time. That was the reason for the appointment. I got up from the chair and waited for my boys to get done. The completed both their pedicures in less than 20 minutes. The point of pedicure is to relax and get a good pedicure, not a quick half ass one. We paid $70 for two 20 minute pedicures. After leaving, my husband dropped me at USA Nails about 2 blocks away. I have been in the chair for 20 minutes and they are still working on my feet (I do have regular pedicures) if I wre a guessing person, I would guess my feet will be done in about 30 more minutes. Additionally, the few times I have been there all the do is speak Korean using outside voices your entire visit. USA Nails has been peaceful the entire time I have been in here.
